United States Park Police celebrates the 225th Anniversary of its founding in 1791 as the Park Watchmen. To commemorate this milestone event, RUSPPA has released a library quality, full-color, hardbound book that documents the remarkable history of the department, and honors the men and women who continue to protect areas of the National Park Service.

A detailed history of the U.S. Park Police, exciting historic accounts/stories and full-color personnel portrait photos of current officers, personnel and retirees is featured in this publication.

The large, 9x12-inch volume also includes division and unit information, awards, an In Memoriam tribute to members killed in the line of duty, hundreds of historic and full-color photographs, and more!

Proceeds from the sale of this book will also help other communities and organizations preserve their history through Our American Heritage Project, a non-profit organization.
