This DVD shows 11 major incidents in Chicago and surrounding communities that occurred between 1/95 and 4/95.

Included are: fires in private houses, apartment houses, and commercial buildings (including a supermarket).

Also shown is a tanker relay, an implosion, an industrial accident (two workers trapped when interior shelving buckled), and a fatal semi accident that resulted in a chemical fire.

Most of the fires are in Chicago proper, other fires are in: Batavia, Berwyn, Evanston, Hawthorn Woods North Chicago and Waconda.
