• Box 44-2253, March 27, 2012 - Bronx 4th Alarm - Jackson Ave & 151 St. Fire in a 3 story building with commercial space on the first floor and dwellings above.
• Box 22-3152, September 9, 2012 - Bronx 2nd Alarm - Buchanan Pl. & Grand Ave. Fire in a vacant 2 1/2 story wood frame dwelling.
• Box 55-1584, July 22, 2013 - Manhattan 5th Alarm - 139 St. & Amsterdam Ave. Fire in the top floor and cockloft of a story multi dwelling.
• Box 55-4239, September 9, 2013 - Queens 5th Alarm - 78 St. & 68 Ave. Fire in a row of attached 2 story private dwellings.
• Box 22-4875, April 16, 2013 - Queens 2nd Alarm - 128 St. & 28 Ave. Fire in building materials with slight extension to the 7 story NYPD Academy that is under construction. 2nd Alarm on arrival and hi-rise assignment.
• Box 22-6950, January, 28, 2013 - Queens All Hands - 2041 St. & 45 Ave. Fire in a 2 story private dwelling. Initial report of an elderly female missing proved unfounded.
