This easy-to-use multimedia learning system is a modern, electronic version of the IFSTA printed study guides. It allows the individual student to proceed through the questions in any order, find out immediately whether their answer is right or wrong and be referred to the source for the correct answer, if necessary. Most questions are in the multiple-choice format that is utilized by civil service and certification examinations.
The program also tracks the results of each session as a record of progress. Each time the student goes through the program, the questions are rearranged randomly so each session has a different look.
