Y2K WITH L.A. CITY ENGINE 13, Harry Garvin, 2000

The countdown to Y2K with Los Angeles City Fire Department Engine 13, one of the department's busiest engines, is documented in this professionally produced video from LA based feature film videographer Harry Garvin who previously produced "Tens First In."

Excellent camera work edited together with radio and headset audio cover every call over the 24 hour shift from dispatch at the station, en route inside the engine, to on scene at each incident. A unique, inside look at the daily operations of a Los Angeles engine house and the precautions taken for the Y2K changeover.

Proceeds from the sale of this video will be donated to the Los Angeles City Firefighters Relief Association.
