This program consists of 12 fires that took place from February 2005 thru July 2005.

The incidents contain General Alarm mill fires to multi alarm fires in commercial buildings. Radio communications are heard in all incidents.

• Woonsocket, RI - 3rd alarm, (2/1/05), Carrington Ave - fully involved 2 story wood frame, outside temperatures 5 degrees
• Mendon, Ma - 2nd alarm, (3/24/05), Kinsley Lane - heavy fire in the rear of a 1.5 story wood frame cape, same house seen in volume 3
• Burrillville, RI - 2nd alarm, (3/25/05), Town Farm Rd - fully involved 1 story wood frame, tanker shuttle required
• West Warwick, RI – General Alarm, (4/2/05), Main St - fully involved 5 story brick mill, severe exposures, required extensive mutual aid throughout southern RI
• Woonsocket, RI - 3rd alarm, (4/17/05), Transit St - fully involved 2 story wood frame, hampered by high winds
• Marlboro, Ma – 3rd alarm, (4/20/05), Simarano Dr - heavy fire in a 1 story commercial building
• Blackstone, Ma – 3rd alarm, (4/24/05), Summer St - heavy fire top floor of a 3 story wood frame
• No. Providence, RI – 3rd alarm, (5/2/05), Lincoln St - fully involved rooming house, with 1 civilian fatality
• Woonsocket, RI – 3rd alarm, (5/13/05), Mason St - fully involved 2 story mill with severe exposures to attached mills
• Woonsocket, RI – 3rd alarm, (5/31/05), 3rd Ave - heavy fire 3rd & 4th floors of a 4 story apartment house
• Woonsocket, RI – 3rd alarm, (6/9/05), North Main St - “Kilklines Funeral Parlor”, fully involved 2 story wood frame, same building as seen in volume 6
• East Providence, RI – 4th alarm, (7/3/05), South Broadway - “Keywest Bar & Grill”, fully involved 1 story restaurant
