Can you bill my department / organization? Yes, invoicing is available. Please contact us to set up an account. Authorization from your Chief or purchasing agent may be required before we can accept a purchase order.

Do you offer discounts? The short answer is yes. The long answer is it depends on the order. Registered promotional exams and large orders may qualify for a discount. Please contact us for details.

What is your turnaround time? 98% of products are in stock and ready to ship. Most orders placed by noon eastern can ship that same day. If an order is placed later in the day (before 3 or so) we may still be able to get it out. If you have questions on how quickly your order will ship, please give us a call.

Is _____ book going to be on the upcoming promotional exam? Until the official list is posted, we do not know what is going to be on an upcoming exam. We will let you know any information we have about new editions.

When will the reading list be out? Massachusetts Civil Service posts the reading list 6 months before the test. We get it the same time you do. For a more definite date, please contact your testing agency.

I bought a book that is no longer listed on the reading list. Can I return it? Returns can only be accepted if we are currently selling the book and it was purchased within 30 days. Please see our return policy for details.

I'm putting together a promotional reading list. Can you help? Yes. Send us your list before you release it and we'll verify the availability and the editions of the books. Registered exams also qualify for a discount. We can also send special promotional flyers with discounted pricing directly to your department.

I'm teaching a class. Can I send my students to you for the books? We know what its like to be students (some spending longer at it than others) and we're here to help. Instructors can send a copy of their syllabus to support@fire-police-ems.com and we'll have the books ready to go for your students. Please give us 2 weeks notice if possible so we have plenty of time to stock the books.

The order number you reference doesn't match my internet order number? After placing an order online the customer is sent an email with an internet confirmation number. Once we process the order in house we assign it an order number which we will reference in communications with the customer.

Is Steve the greatest drummer in the world? He's the greatest drummer in this office!

I wrote a book / produced a DVD. How can I get it in your catalog? Please send a review copy with all pricing and order information. All the info you're looking for can be found in our submission policies.

When is your next catalog coming out? A new catalog is mailed twice a year. We aim for May 1 and November 1.

How often is your website updated? Almost every day one of us is updating the website.

How often do you send out your email newsletter? We send out our FSP Newsnotes twice a month with new products, special offers and news items. To sign up, click here. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Do you have any coupons, sales, etc? Special offers, coupons, and discounts are usually announced in our Newsnotes, on our Facebook page, through Twitter or in our catalog.

Can you send me a review copy of a text? We can't send review or desk copies. Please contact the publisher with any review copy requests.
