We describe our merchandise as best we can, but if it isn't what you wanted, or you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund, credit or exchange, if all of the following conditions are met:
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be charged a restocking fee or returned to the customer. If you are buying a book assuming that it will be on an upcoming exam, it may be returned only under the conditions stated above.
Software can only be returned for refund, credit or exchange if it is in the UNOPENED package. Software also may be returned for exchange of the same product if it is defective. As per the manufacturers instructions, once the case containing the software is opened, it can NOT be returned for any other reason.
If software is not working properly, please contact the manufacturer's tech support before contacting us to return it. FSP does not provide support for any software. Defective software can only be returned if tech support has verified it is defective.
Defective products can be exchanged for replacements within a reasonable amount of time beyond the normal 30 days. Please contact us for a return authorization number.
If a product is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately.
Special and large quantity orders are subject to a restocking fee if returned. The fee may be charged even if the return is within 30 days of purchase. Orders are considered large quantity orders if 5 or more copies of a single product are ordered. Special orders are products that are not normally kept in stock (some instructor materials, state specific editions, etc.).
Orders refused and returned to us without prior authorization will be charged for return shipping. If an order is returned due to an insufficient address the customer will be charged for re-shipping unless the return is due to FSP error. If an address is UPS or USPS deliverable only please make a note of that when placing the order.
