CHECKLIST:
Have all trucks been pulled onto apron?
Does all equipment work (electrical, etc.)
Will refreshments be ready after ceremony?
Is everyone present and do they know their times and assignments?
Are Taps players at assigned locations?
have all guest speakers (if any) been advised of their speaking order?
Is the Public Information Officer (or alternate) ready to speak to the press at the conclusion of the ceremony?
Does anyone (such as the Taps players) need a ride back home, or to school.
