FSP GENERAL RETURN POLICIES
ALL MERCHANDISE: We describe our merchandise as best we can, but if it isn't what you wanted, or you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us, based on the following conditions.
Merchandise may be returned for refund, credit or exchange as long as the merchandise is in NEW condition and it is within 30 DAYS of purchase.
The sales slip must be presented showing the purchase price.
NOTE: If you are buying something assuming that it will be on an up-coming exam, it may be returned only under the conditions stated above.
If there is a question as to whether something may be returned, please contact us before returning it.
If a "kit" is purchased (two or more items purchased at one time at a discounted price, such as a text and book study guide), then it may only be returned (subject to all other return policies) as a kit - individual components may NOT be returned separately.
SOFTWARE: Software can only be returned for refund, credit or exchange if it is in the UNOPENED envelope. Software also may be returned for exchange of the same product if it is defective. As per the manufacturers instructions, once the envelope containing the software is opened, it can NOT be returned for any other reason.
When returning merchandise please include a note telling us what you didn't like about it, and on the outside of the package write "RETURNS".
We will refund your money, exchange it for different merchandise, or credit your account. JUST LET US KNOW!!!
