SOFTWARE RETURN POLICY
Software can only be returned for refund, credit or exchange if it is in the UNOPENED envelope.
Software also may be returned for exchange of the same product if it is defective.
As per the manufacturers instructions, once the envelope containing the software is opened, it can NOT be returned for any other reason.
