We accept orders through our website using our SECURE server. You may also place your order by a number of alternative means: by mail (

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
*We accept VISA, MasterCard or DiscoverCard.
*Paypal is available for internet orders.
*Payment by check, money order or bank check must be in U.S. FUNDS, drawn against a U.S. bank. Make checks and money orders payable to "FSP Books and Videos".
*Orders with insufficient payment may be returned.

INVOICING:
*Invoicing is available for fire, police and EMS departments, schools, universities and businesses. Please call (800) 522-8528 to set up an account.
*Clothing allowances can be billed with written authorization from the department chief or purchasing agent
*Purchase orders without valid contact information will not be accepted. Please call or email with any questions.

METHODS OF SHIPPING:
*Domestic orders are shipped by UPS, or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. UPS requires a full street mailing address. UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. boxes.
*Most orders placed by noon eastern time ship the same day
*Canadian and international orders are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service and other carriers.

UPS DELIVERIES:
*Orders are shipped from Hudson, Massachusetts. UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays and Sundays (except for an extra fee added to a next day or 2nd day air charge) or on select holidays.
*Deliveries to addresses in Massachusetts and surrounding states are usually one day, while west coast deliveries can take up to 6 days.
*The further the destination is from Massachusetts, the longer the delivery time (

U.S. POST OFFICE DELIVERIES TO U.S. DESTINATIONS:
Orders are shipped from Hudson, Massachusetts. Orders shipped by the U.S. Postal Service for U.S. destinations are usually shipped "PRIORITY MAIL" and are generally delivered in 2-4 days.

Due to increased shipping charges, large orders shipped outside the continental United States may be charged actual shipping. Please contact us with questions or to request a shipping quote.

FASTER DELIVERY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS:
For UPS deliverable orders to the 48 contiguous states, UPS 2nd day air service is available. If you desire this service or would like to check the 2nd Day Air rate for your order, click on "2nd DAY AIR (USA)" in the on-line shopping cart.

So that there is no confusion about what "UPS 2nd day air" means, please read the following:

1) UPS 2nd day air applies ONLY to domestic orders and ONLY affects the time it takes UPS to deliver the order. It does NOT affect the time it takes us to process the order. We process all orders in the order received. Although we usually process orders the day received, in some cases it may take up to 3 days to be processed and then presented to UPS for delivery.

2) UPS does NOT count the day an order is picked up as one of the 2 days. An order picked up on Monday, with 2nd day air delivery will usually be delivered on WEDNESDAY. (UPS claims a very high percent of meeting their 2 day deliveries).

3) UPS delivers on "business days" - Monday thru Friday. Customers can pay a "Saturday delivery" fee, in addition to a next day or 2nd day fee for a Saturday delivery. Please contact us if you desire a Saturday delivery.

If you need your order faster than "UPS 2nd day", please contact us. UPS next day may be available for your destination. Courier service is also available. Contact us for details.

UPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. If you have a question about how long your package will take, please contact us before placing the order.

DELIVERIES TO CANADIAN DESTINATIONS:
Most orders to Canada ship US Postal Service Priority Mail. The post office estimates 6-10 days for Priority Mail to Canada. If special shipping is needed please contact us for quotes.

DELIVERIES TO INTERNATIONAL (NON-CANADA) DESTINATIONS:
International shipments will be sent either by US Post Office Priority International or UPS Mail Innovations depending on size, value, and customer reqirements.

UPS Mail Innovations is a UPS subsidiary. Parcels ship to the destination country by air, and then are delivered by the local postal service. Orders have no tracking, no insurance, and no proof of delivery. There is a charge of $8.50 per pound, or fraction thereof, for this service.

US Postal Service Priority International will be used for larger orders, or orders that require tracking or insurance. A basic price chart can be found here. You will be charged actual shipping for all international orders.

We try to ship our international packages in the most cost effective way possible. Please contact us for actual shipping costs or if you require additional serevices.

If ordering by mail using the order form in the middle of the catalog, leave the "Shipping & Handling" block empty. We will charge you the actual amount ($8.50 per pound or fraction thereof), and show the resulting balance (credit or debit) on your invoice. To get an idea of the approximate shipping charge use the following: books weigh, on average 1.5 pounds; DVDs and software weigh on average 0.25 pounds.

Any fees added by the delivering post office (such as import fees, V.A.T., etc.) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charge.

DAMAGED GOODS DELIVERED TO U.S. ADDRESSES:
If your order is received damaged CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. WE WILL RESOLVE THE PROBLEM TO YOUR SATISFACTION.

DAMAGED GOODS DELIVERED TO CANADIAN AND FOREIGN ADDRESSES:
Please contact us if your order is damaged. Unfortunately, we are not always able to replace goods damaged to destinations outside of the U.S. You may choose to have your order shipped "insured". See "Insured Orders", below.

INSURED ORDERS:
The U.S. Post Office can ship international orders "insured". There is a slight additional fee for this. Contact us for details.

If you wish to have your order sent insured, please enter "INSURED" in the "comments / more information" block on the Shop-Site order form. You may wish to have us quote the cost before we actually process your order. To do this enter "please quote insured shipment" in the "comment / more information" block. We will email to you the cost of shipping your order insured and uninsured.
