• Scene 1 - 05-18-2001, Falcon Hunter rescued at the National Shrine on Michigan Ave. NE
• Scene 2 - Woman trapped in car after plunging into Rock Creek at Rock Creek Parkway & Virginia Ave., NW. The woman dies later from a bacterial infection caused by the water she inhaled.
• Scene 3 - 03-30-2001, A construction worker is rescued after being stuck in the mud at a construction site at 13th & F streets, NW. Rescues 1 and 2 on scene.
• Scene 4- 04-16-2000, Child with hand in hasp of lock. Rescue 1 in action.
• Scene 5 - 03-05-1999, Personal injury/ejection with 2 DOA's Kansas & Missouri Aves., NW. One victim was ejected and thrown on front porch after hitting porch roof.
• Scene 6 -1994, Woman trapped in automobile after tree fell onto it. Rescues 1 and 2 in action.
• Scene 7 - 06-10-2001, Elevator rescues at the Old Post Office Pavilion. 1100 Pennsylvania Ave., NW. Wall breach required to access and remove occupants.
• Scene 8 - 07-21-2001, Crane incident at 16th & I streets., NW. Worker suffers seizures atop 10 story construction crane. Worker required stabilization and removal via stokes basket which was lowered by another crane.
