Volume 31 contains 5 incidents from October 2010 - May 2011.

The first incident is a 3rd alarm in the West Maspeth Section of Queens in a cement plant. Then, the Longwood section of the Bronx was the scene of a 3rd alarm in a 3 story wood frame attached multi dwelling.

Next is an 8 alarm fire in a 1 story commercial building in the Jamaica Section of Queens. After a partial ceiling collapse on members all units were withdrawn. Fire extended to the exposures. A 3rd alarm was transmitted for fire in 2 private dwellings also in the Jamaica section of Queens.

Last is a 5th alarm in the Maspeth section of Queens. Our cameraman Fred Bacchi arrived with the 2nd due engine. Fire was in a 1 story commercial with heavy fire extended throughout.
