  • Cumberland, RI - March 11, 2011, Working fire, Iroquois Rd. A fully involved occupied 1.5 story woodframe. 2 firefighters were injured in this mid afternoon blaze.
  • Smithfield, RI - March 24, 2011, Working fire, Log Rd. A fully involved 1 story vacant house. The house was already collapsing as firefighters arrived and was set back deep in the woods.
  • Glocester, RI - March 30, 2011, 3rd Alarm, Centre Rd. What began as a controlled burn turned into chaos as the winds picked up and spread the fire to 2 homes and several out buildings. 1 resident suffered serious burns.
  • Douglas, MA - May 11, 2011, 3rd Alarm, Arnold Ave. Fire that originated in the basement extends up and through the roof of this 1.5 story cape. An occupant suffered serious burns.
  • Lincoln, RI - May 16, 2011, 2nd Alarm, Old River Rd. An occupant had to jump from a 2nd floor window to escape flames during this early morning, fast moving fire. Watch heavy fire take possession of this large 2.5 story Victorian.
  • Franklin, MA - May 26, 2011, 2nd Alarm, Lenox Ave. Combustible material left near the front door is believed to have caused this fire which completely destroyed this very large 2.5 story colonial. Smoke was visible for miles on this beautiful mid afternoon.
  • Woonsocket, RI - June 8, 2011, General Alarm, Fairmount St. A “tilt intrusion” box alarm alerted companies to this vacant 4 story mill complex and nothing was showing upon arrival. Within 10 minutes, a smoke condition on the 3rd floor turned into an inferno which eventually brought in departments from all over Rhode Island and Massachusetts to help battle this blaze which broke out on this early evening. Companies were on scene for over a week putting out hot spots.

An elderly Worcester woman was killed after an SUV crashed through the front of her house. A Smithfield family is left homeless after fire damages the 2nd floor of their Tarklin St home.
