FSP Policies and Terms

Merchandise Return Policy:
We describe our merchandise as best we can, but if it isn't what you wanted, or you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us refund, credit or exchange, if all of the following condiions are met:
* the merchandise is in NEW condition
* it is within 30 DAYS of purchase
* the SALES SLIP is presented showing the purchase price

If you are buying a book assuming that it will be on an up-coming exam, it may be returned only under the conditions stated above. If there is a question as to whether a book may be returned, please contact us before returning it.

Software Return Policy:
Software can only be returned for refund, credit or exchange if it is in the UNOPENED envelope. Software also may be returned for exchange of the same product if it is defective. As per the manufacturers instructions, once the envelope containing the software is opened, it can NOT be returned for any other reason.

Privacy and Customer Information Policy:
FSP Books & Videos does NOT sell, trade, or by any other means give customer information (names, address, telephone numbers, credit card information, email address) to ANYONE. When you place an order we ask for a day-time phone number or email address that we will use ONLY to contact you if there is a question or problem with your order.

FSP sends its customers a low-volume (usually two messages per month) email newsletter highlighting new products and other items of interest. We honor all remove requests and handle them immediately.
