FSP Policies and Terms

Merchandise Return Policy:
We describe our merchandise as best we can, but if it isn't what you wanted, or you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund, credit or exchange, if all of the following conditions are met:
* You have contacted us to receive a return authorization number. We can be reached at (800) 522-8528 or via email. Items returned without an authorization number will be charged a restocking fee.
* the merchandise is received by FSP in NEW condition. Merchandise we receive damaged may not be refunded for the full amount. The return shipping method is at the customer's discretion, but be advised we cannot issue a refund if merchandise is damaged during return shipping.
* it is within 30 DAYS of purchase
* a copy of the sales slip or invoice is included showing the purchase price

If you are buying a book assuming that it will be on an up-coming exam, it may be returned only under the conditions stated above.

Damaged / Defective Products:
Damaged and defective products can be exchanged for replacements beyond the normal 30 days. Please contact us for a return authorization number.

Software Return Policy:
Software can only be returned for refund, credit or exchange if it is in the UNOPENED package. Software also may be returned for exchange of the same product if it is defective. As per the manufacturers instructions, once the case containing the software is opened, it can NOT be returned for any other reason. If software is not working properly, please contact the manufacturer's tech support before contacting us to return it. FSP does not provide support for any software. Defective software can only be returned if tech support has verified it is defective.

Privacy and Customer Information Policy:
FSP Books & Videos does NOT sell, trade, or by any other means give customer information (names, address, telephone numbers, credit card information, email address) to ANYONE. When you place an order we ask for a day-time phone number or email address that we will use ONLY to contact you if there is a question or problem with your order.

FSP sends its customers a low-volume (usually two messages per month) email newsletter highlighting new products and other items of interest. We honor all remove requests and handle them immediately.

Returned Checks & Overdue Balances
A $25 service charge will be added for any returned check.
Any service charges and fees incurred in the process of collecting overdue balances may be added to the balance.
