• Consistent Usability: New chapters were structured to maintain the framework of the other chapters to assist user utilization.
• Updates for Electrical Vehicles (EVs) and Alternative Fuels: Revisions to sections of the standard to include electric vehicles or the use of fuels other than liquid fuel.
• Enhanced Supplementary Material: Annex C was updated to include the changes made for retroactivity requirements that were effective as of 2021.
