The Incident Organizer is an expanded version of the Incident Briefing document (ICS 201).

The purpose of this four page document is to aid in the organization and record keeping for an initial attack.

The 201 document is divided into ten areas: Initial Dispatch Information, Resource Summary Information, Weather Reading Recording, Fire Behavior Indicators, Map Sketch, Safety Checklist, Radio Frequency Information, Report on Conditions Information, Incident Organization Chart and Summary of Actions.
