This video features the 5-11 and 1 special call from 15th St & Ashland that occured on October 18th of 2005. The Main Fire Alarm Office dispatched a Still & Box alarm and first arriving companies immediately reported a fire. The fire was quickly elevated to extra alarms, eventually reaching a 5-11 and 1 special call.

The building was a 2-story wax factory measuring 125x200. The building faced 15th Street and backed right up to the Burlington Northern Sante Fe railroad tracks. Two railroad cars, which were on a service track next to the building, were also involved in the fire.

The video includes footage shot from two cameras; the first arrived during the 2-11 and second during the 4-11, with many angles covered at once. Since the action switches between two cameras there are two versions of the video on the DVD, one with a map icon in the lower-left corner showing where the camera is in reference to the building, and one version without that map.

The video also includes excellent footage shot from a tall building nearby, giving a clear overview of the entire scene during the 5-11 stage of the fire. Included with the DVD is a timeline of the alarms and a rundown of which companies responded.
