10 fires ranging from general alarm commercial buildings to a house explosion that occurred between March, 2004 and November, 2004.

All fires are in Rhode Island and Central Massachusetts. Radio communications are heard in all incidents.

• Pawtucket, Rhode Island - general alarm (3/31/04), Hazel Street, fully involved 2 story apartments over commercial (body shop)
• Providence, Rhode Island - working fire (4/15/04), 97 Sorrento Avenue, heavy fire 3rd floor extends into attic of a 3.5 story wood frame
• Narragansett, Rhode Island – 2nd alarm (6/5/04), 85 North Cliff Road, heavy fire in garage extends into attic of a 1.5 story wood frame
• Warren, Rhode Island – 2nd alarm (6/28/04) , Market Street, “Crossroads Restaurant” fire floor 1 extends into floor 3 of a 3 wood frame
• Mendon, MA – general alarm (7/13/04), Route 16, “Lowells Restaurant”, fully involved 2 story wood frame extends to a 1.5 story wood frame. Many mutual aid tankers required due to lack of hydrants
• Taunton, MA – general alarm (7/16/04), Main Streer (Route 44), fully involved 4 story brick apartments over commercial
• Cumberland, Rhode Island – working fire (8/29/04), 1041 Mendon Road, fire thruout a 2.5 wood frame vacant house
• Woonsocket, Rhode Island – 3rd alarm (10/04), 37 Summer Street, fire rear porch extends into attic of a 2.5 woodfame
• North Smithfield, Rhode Island – 2nd alarm (11/30/04), Greenville Road, explosion destroys a 1 story wood frame, 2 occupants severely injured
• Woonsocket, Rhode Island – 2nd alarm (11/24/04), South Street, fire on first floor extends into attic of a 2.5 wood frame
