Material in this manual also includes those subjects included in the training requirements of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) 139.315, 139.317, and 139.319. Additionally, it contains those subjects outlined in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Airport Services Manual, Parts 1 and 7.
