Volume 24 continues with 9 incidents from March to June 2008.

Starting with heavy smoke from a 3rd alarm fire in a 2 story commercial brick building in the College Point section of Queens. Next, fire vents out the side wall and cockloft of a 2 story commercial building in Astoria, Queens. Then an All Hands fire in the Flushing Section of Queens. Fire in the basement of a 3 story occupied multiple dwelling extends to the 1st floor. Several occupants trapped on top floor are removed via portable ladder in rear of building.

The Bronx has a 3rd alarm in 5 frame dwellings. Upon arrival units encountered heavy fire. A 2nd alarm on arrival was quickly followed by the 3rd. South Jamaica has a heavy fire in a 2 story commercial with extension to exposure 4.

A 4th alarm in a 6 story Manhattan occupied multiple dwelling with fire out numerous windows. Fire on the 5th floor extended to 6th floor and thru the roof. Fire spreads throughout a 3 story turn of the century frame dwelling in Queens.

Also in Queens, a fully involved fire in the bell tower / steeple of the 135 year old First Reformed Church of College Point.

Arrive with the first due units to fire in a 1 story 40 x 100 commercial building with slight extension to exposure 2 of a 2 story 40 x 100 commercial building in Queens.
