• Box 22-4868, December 1, 2013 - Queens 2nd Alarm - 150 St. & 14 Road. Fire in a 1 story collision repair shop.
• Box 22-7841, December 4, 2013 - Queens 2nd Alarm - Roosevelt Ave. & 79 St. Fire in a 2 story woodframe with commercial space on 1st floor and a dwelling above.
• Box 55-0079 January 4, 2014 - Brooklyn 5th Alarm - Meeker Ave. & Apollo St. Extremely heavy fire in a lumber yard and stuctures.
• Box 22-5314, January 8, 2014 - Queens 2nd Alarm - 198 St. & 104 Ave. Fire in a 2 story occupied private dwelling. Mayday transmitted.
