Included are fires in mills, commercial buildings and private homes. Radio communication is heard in all incidents.

• Woonsocket, Rhode Island - working fire (6/30/2003), North Main Street, "Kilkline Funeral Home", 2 1/2 story woodframe.
• Johnston, Rhode Island (6/30/2003), Pezzullo Street, 2 story woodframe fully involved.
• Woonsocket, Rhode Island, (7/1/2003), East School Street, 2 1/2 story woodframe with firefighter injured by falling chimney.
• Grafton, Massachusetts, general alarm, (7/31/2003), Route 122, "Grafton Farm & Garden" fully involved.
• Pawtucket, Rhode Island, general alarm (11/14/2003), Kenyan Avenue, spectacular mill fire that extended to 13 homes and required assistance from 20 departments.
• Pawtucket, Rhode Island, general alarm, (12/26/2003), Broad Street, top floor of apartments over commercial, firefighter injured by falling from roof.
• North Smithfield, Rhode Island, 2nd alarm, (2/4/2004), Central Street, fully involved vacant ranch.
• Cumberland, Rhode Island, 2nd alarm, (3/14/2004), Carpenter Street, fully involved woodframe home with 30+ mph winds.
• Central Falls, Rhode Island, 2nd alarm, (3/22/2004), Fletcher Street, fire on first floor of 3 story woodframe, extending to 2nd floor.
• Providence, Rhode Island, MVA, (3/24/2004), India Point, overturned car with fatality.
• East Providence, Rhode Island, working fire, (4/19/2004), Ivan Street, fire in raised ranch.
